  Many commercial contracts include insurance requirements and risk-shifting indemnity provisions.  There may be a substantial disconnect between what the contract requires and what insurance the Company currently has in place (or what may be available in the market).  As a result, contracting parties may be out of compliance the minute they sign the agreement.
